CGDI-H-12-0-0工业DC-DC电源模块GAIA属于TETHYS 30 W系列,这是一系列高度可配置的DC/DC薄型电源模块。该系列设计用于在高密度印刷电路板上直接实现,特别适用于运输、工业和电信领域的移动或地面固定应用。
该模块采用480 KHz的高频固定摇摆技术,具有出色的可靠性、低噪声特性和薄型封装。其标称输入电压为24伏,范围为18-36伏。该系列提供数千种输出配置,从单伏、双路到多达六种可能的输出电压,包括3.3、5、12、15、24伏,并具有用于输出电压调节的微调和检测功能。
CGDI系列无需外部散热器,即可在整个温度范围内提供30W的输出功率。所有模块均设计有LC网络滤波器,以最大限度地减少反射输入电流纹波和输出电压纹波。此外,这些模块包括软启动、输入欠压锁定、永久短路保护、输出过压保护和热保护,以确保有效的模块保护。
该设计采用表面贴装组件进行,并以全自动工艺制造,以保证高质量。每个模块都使用GAIA转换器自动测试设备进行测试。
