Cypress所有的XMC4000设备均是由具备内嵌DSP指令系统的Arm®Cortex®-M4供电系统。单精度浮点数模块、直接内存浏览(DMA)性能和内存保护模块(MPU)针对所有设备而言都是最前沿的-即便是最低的XMC4000的核心和外接设备同样以高达80MHz的效率使用。Cypress配置了一系列通用型、迅速和精准的模拟/混合信号、定时器/PWM和通信外接设备。

优点取决于,XMC4300XMC4800器件是第一款根据Arm®Cortex-M®且集成化EtherCAT®的高度集成微控制器,将即时以太网通信提高到前所未有的水平,从而实现有利于实施和成本效率。XMC4000是传统DSP/DSC32MCU解决方案的具有前途的接替者。XMC4000系列满足工业生产市场的需求,非常适合数字电源转换、电机控制系统、传感和控制及其IO技术应用。XMC4000系列有七个系列:XMC4100XMC4200XMC4300XMC4400XMC4500XMC4700XMC4800,目前拥有75个使用VQFNLQFPLFBGA封装的器件,引脚数从48拓展到196
