TOREX降压型DC/DC转换器

近年来,移动终端、智能穿戴设备和物联网设备等电池驱动的电子产品已经随处可见。为了提升产品的设计灵活性,满足确保配置新功能所需空间的微型化规定要求,要求将这些产品上携带的模块的功能损耗降至极限,为了实现电池的微型化,提高电池的使用期限。
TOREX降压型DC/DC转换器选用超低功耗电源电路和PFM控制。它是具备输出电压开关功能的降压同步整流DC/DC变换器。选用PFM控制方法可以明显提升轻载下的效率。通过向VSET引脚输入外部信号,可以在两个值之间转换输出电压。TOREX降压型DC/DC转换器的输出电压转换功能可以为MCU的工作模式选择最好的输出电压,有利于减少整个设备的功能损耗。
