CREE科锐GaN HEMT器件非常适用于要求高可靠性和高效率的超宽带放大器。CREE固有的高功率密度、低寄生性和高FT特性允许使用多倍频程的放大器来实现瞬时带宽。CREE通用宽带放大器包括输出功率为6W至240 W(CW)的封装(28V),不匹配的离散晶体管,以及用于DC-18 GHz应用的工作在28V的50 ohm MMIC放大器。CREE产品组合还包括为混合放大器设计的裸裸芯片和多功能发射/接收模块。
